Christmas Abbott is a CrossFit pioneer, fitness entrepreneur, and motivational speaker whose journey from a rebellious teenager to a top fitness and nutrition expert is nothing short of inspiring. Her passion for fitness was ignited during her contracting years in Baghdad, leading to professional achievements in the CrossFit Games, USA Weightlifting, and as the first female NASCAR pit crew member.
