Alesha Kozlowski has a BS in exercise science and is a (NASM) certified personal trainer. Alesha is currently the director of employee health and fitness for the Sports Medicine Research and Testing Laboratory (SMRTL). Their clients include the NCAA, NFL, NBA, NHL, MLB, USADA, UFC, and The Olympics. As the Director of Employee Health and Fitness, Alesha runs their company gym, group fitness classes, does 1-on-1 personal training, and nutrition planning for their staff and executive team. Alesha is also a group fitness instructor at EOS and Life Time Fitness.
