We will be using Repcard again this year. Please make sure you have their App downloaded so that you are ready to capture all of the attendees information.
Items that Come with Your Booth
•D2D Vendor social card
•Company Logo on backdrops and D2D branding
•Branding on our social media Platform
•2 General Admission tickets
•50% all extra tickets needed for your booth
•The physical booth includes:
•An 8′ skirted black table
•Black pipe and drape behind you
•2 chairs
•Waste bin
Although carpet is not required for your booth, if you would like to get it you will need to reach out to Modern Expo. They will also be the contact for Electrical, any shipments you need to send and rentals. They will help with any decorating needs you may have. I know they will take care of you. We will be sending the Service kit soon.

If you would like to serve any drinks or food at your booth (other than passing out candy), you will need to go through the designated caterer.

If you would like to upgrade either of them to a VIP ticket it will be an extra $900. This year we are offering our VIP Ticket holders more than ever.
VIP
A seat at our VIP event Thursday January 19, 2023. This will be a sit down dinner with entertainment and swag. Where you will have the opportunity to mix mingle and socialize with the best of the best of the industry. If you are looking to network and socialize this is the event you don’t want to miss. We will cap this ticket at 300 once they are gone they are gone.
Access to VIP Lounge. This will be during both days of the event where you will receive free food and drinks and be able to sit down in a comfortable place and enjoy yourself.
Front row seating during the general session and during the Ezra Ray Heart concert.
