I would have every day, I would do zoom meetings, like every day. You know, your working with Steven and stuff, I would be consistent with him,as a consulting firm, like JT, one of our clients, to ask a question. So as a, as a firm, we’ve been more like on our time, like we’re saying, hey, we’ll do a zoom meeting three times a week instead of twice every other, you know, once every other week kind of thing. Um, just cause we’ve moved everything digital. So, my opinion would be, you know, we, we have, we have motivational every other Tuesday. We’re gonna start moving that to weekly here, starting on Tuesday day that we do sales training weekly. So, if you’re interested in that hit me up, I’ll kind of tell you how that works. Um, so JT have them hop on our national sales calls. You guys all get access to that. It’s 8:00 AM, Tuesday mornings, uh, mountain time. So same 10 o’clock Eastern time.
Daily Check Ins
In my opinion, it’s it it’s an opportunity to do daily contact, uh, whether that’s 15 minutes or an hour, sometimes they don’t need a full hour, cause you don’t have a full hour of content value to create, but I would be doing daily contact and, and sometimes twice a day, meaning um, like morning me eating and then nightly check it. How’d the day go, let’s talk about it. Let’s recap. What problems do we run into? Like this is a time that you can, as a leader actually become a coach. You know how many business owners just send their sales team off, but they’re so busy managing the business. They’re sitting there going, wow, what an opportunity, I can actually coach my people. That’s one of the biggest deficits in, in our industry is they don’t lead. They don’t coach. They don’t spend the time developing their sales teams.
Text Campaigns
We have in vanilla. So take this for example, vanilla is a great opportunity. We create text coaching campaigns, meaning you build out a series of 30 messages that goes out once a day or twice a day. That’s a series of video links, questions. Check-ins accountability. You press send once on vanilla and it goes, boom. It just automates that. And every day they’re getting text messages, then you hop on and you can then communicate back and forth via text in the system.
Continued Communication
Let me just show you what that looks like. We’ve used, I actually used vanilla for my coaching clients. So we have a bunch of coaching clients and we just send text campaigns. We don’t tell ’em, you know, so I’m just open book and now I can hop in here and, and have a normal conversation like this. Hey, still never serve my last referral. Okay. I’ll look into this. What did you find out? Like, I can sit here and just have a texting conversation right here in vanilla, but I can start it off through a campaign that’s all automated. So, you can automate some of your communication with your people, tell ’em or not tell ’em I, I don’t think it’s a bad thing. If you tell ’em, Hey, this is automated, but I’m gonna be hitting here, Manning the responses to what you’re doing. So that’s another thing is text motivation, zoom calls, um, you know, all that kind of stuff would be very important in my opinion, in a moment like this. So, um, um, hopefully that answers the question.
