A couple of weeks ago I had this aha moment of my mindset around money. I realized I’m experiencing this rollercoaster. I’m experiencing, you know, inconsistent money flow. My money coach had mentioned that people’s beliefs are at this level, but like hey you can actually believe that money comes consistently, so you address your limiting belief. Like, why aren’t you receiving all this money on a consistent basis, you know? Oh, where did that belief come from? Oh, when I first got in the industry someone told me that’s how it is, so I experienced it and I realized it doesn’t have to be that way. Like, wow you it doesn’t have to be that way. It doesn’t have to be a rollercoaster. You can have a consistent code like, a consistent just linear, exponential growth. Exactly. And so, you know what I like to do is journal. Like, what am I afraid of like am I not receiving what I believe I can receive? Like, what are my limiting beliefs around money?
Law Of Attraction
As it goes back, you’ve been taught and programmed to think a certain way. When you realize you have power over your mind, power over manifesting, and beliefs, you can change whatever you’re Law of Attraction experiencing out there. When you change what’s going on in here, everything else changes. It’s so true. One of my favorite sayings is “Your external world is a reflection of your internal thoughts.” And it’s true. And the more you practice it and believe it and just treat it as law, it’s the law of attraction and it is like the book, “Think and Grow Rich” It’s all of the books that are around. Basically, if you ask you are given your wish. Your wish is your command. All the books are talking about the exact same thing. They all say, what you focus on becomes reality. You can be, do, or have anything you want if you believe in it. Just long enough with them like enough intensity and like faith. It’s so beautiful, your entire life is a reflection of that and so is mine.
Exponential Growth
So when we first met we met at a boot camp actually a couple of months ago yeah at one of the D2D Expert boot camps. We just started talking and we were just blown away by how much we had in common on mindset. Since then, we’ve been just following each other and a few weeks ago you posted a picture of what you used to look like and it was totally different. It was like, it blew my mind. Like I had to like to stare at it to even recognize that it was you. A lot of people are like, that’s not you, that’s a different person. And it was a different person. You changed that much. Yeah, and it’s so true. Like, I look back at myself, even high school or even the beginning of college and I’m a totally different person. I’ve gone through so many transformations that I really don’t even feel like that same human. I’m almost not the old me at all. And yet, I’m like the truest me ever. It’s so interesting. Yeah, it says life keeps getting better and better and better. And that’s a mindset in itself. Yes. I know I can’t even contain it. The stoke is real, but it’s so true. Like, I freak out about it because I’ve been manifesting that for years. That whole exponential growth idea. Yeah, I’m so committed to that because I know that the best is yet to come. This is just the beginning.
Change Your Limiting Beliefs
A lot of affirmations that I like to speak about are I’m so happy and grateful. Now that money and money ease how does it go? I’m so happy and grateful now that money comes to me in increasing quantities through multiple sources on a continual basis. Money is consistent in my life. Money flows to me. I love money. Money loves me. Money is my friend. Like, all these money affirmations are things I say daily. Say these things and start transforming your mind and your beliefs around money and you’re going to experience something different. Your life will be transformed. So, if you don’t like the results you’re getting, change how you’re thinking. Change those limiting beliefs. I was just listening to a book “Asking is Giving” by Jerry Nesser Hicks and they were talking about it, and I’ve experienced this a lot, where it’s like well, I make millions of dollars. I make millions of dollars and then I’m like, okay well, I’ve been manifesting this and I still don’t have millions of dollars. So, like clearly it doesn’t work, or something’s wrong, or I have a limit. There’s something going on. There is some kind of barrier on this side, but it’s like literally by thinking oh, I have thought this and it didn’t work is the limiting belief. It’s like that is me affirming my limiting belief. I’m like oh I have a million dollars, but last time I didn’t get it. So all I’m actually believing and focusing on is the part where I didn’t get it. Then you are actually saying I don’t have it and I didn’t get it and I don’t have it. You aren’t focused on the part you need to which is, I have millions of dollars, I have millions of dollars, I have millions of dollars. That’s been a big lesson for me lately because now it’s actually quite funny. So many things are popping up in my life lately that I’m like, I manifested this a few years ago and I’m like interesting, I manifested this to the t a few years ago. Things take time and patience. I am so dialed in now to what I want. I’m like well, I have to just get so clear so that a year, almost two years from now, three years from now I’m experiencing what I’m manifesting now. It might take time. or it might happen immediately. You have to be clear on what you want. That’s the biggest thing my mom’s been asking me- what do you really want?
The Alchemist
I got real with myself on my 30th birthday, back in February. I just literally took the time and decided what I wanted in life. So big changes have been happening. Just wave after wave of things. Life just keeps getting better and it’s crazy when you get clear on what you want. It’s like your inner being knows how to get you there. It’s the alchemist. The entire universe is transpiring. It is seriously like everything you want, the entire universe is conspiring to help you achieve it. The world conspires to your desires. It’s so good. It’s so good. It’s so true. There are so many little one-liners. I’m writing a book right now and it’s called Medifast- my own little term I coined. Which is to meditate and manifest. Doing those things is imperative. Throughout my book, I have all these little one-liners. There are just so many different ones that are amazing. The entire universe, the world conspires to your desire desires. I love that one a lot. There are so many good little one-liners like this. It is so beautiful and so cool. You will witness your own glow-up in such a beautiful way.
