Founder of The D2D Association, D2DCon, speaker, author of “ABC’$ of Closing”, podcaster, and CEO of The D2D Experts. He built a multiple 7 figure consulting business in under 3 years. He has consulted over 150 businesses nationwide creating, implementing, and growing door-to-door programs. Selling over 400 personal alarm accounts finishing #1 at Vivint and former VP of Solcius, Sam felt called to create something greater. Sam has a strong passion for influencing and leading others. Sam’s mission is to unify, uplevel, and bring honor and integrity to the D2D industry. He founded two successful tech platforms, Recruit-O-Matic, Vanilla Message and is an Avid Real Estate and Crypto Investor. Sam is full of energy and his moto is “FULL SEND” as he continues to try and push himself in all aspects of life: Running ironmen, to dunking a basketball, or learning new skills.
Jess Reagan
Jess Reagan is the Vice President of Sales Recruiting and Enablement for Lumio HX Solar and host of STOKE, The Podcast. His personal philosophy is that we “retain in order to recruit” and that if we take great measure to care for those already with us, we will readily attract more talent to our teams and organizations. With over 18 years of B2C sales expertise, Jess is a best-in-class thought leader and has used his aptitudes in writing, marketing, and human psychology to develop sophisticated systems for acquiring and retaining sales professionals and teams. He finds ultimate joy in human connection and the discovery of what stokes a persons personal and professional fire. His personal success recruiting thousands of sales consultants is happily overshadowed by the success of those he has recruited to life-changing opportunities in direct sales. A native Washingtonian, Jess resides with his family in Herriman, UT.

Kota Ivers is a 28 year old solar sales pro, master recruiter & CEO of GR8FL Solar. He has personally recruited over 500 people through social media, personally closed over 10 million dollars in sales, as well as built and still runs multiple profitable companies. Kota has helped hundreds of people level up in sales, recruiting and developing stronger daily habits to succeed in a big way.
Jared Bringhurst
Jared Bringhurst is first and foremost a father of two amazing girls, Mia 8 and Aurora 12. Jared’s life is given by people fulfilling their dreams and being unstoppable in life. Currently founder and VP of a Arc Energy, a solar company building to $100 million in the next 3 years. He is a born and bred entrepreneur, Jared began like a lot of kids, selling lemonade and cookies, then built a baseball card shop in his driveway in elementary school. He has been a business owner, officially recognized by the IRS for 22 years :), in multiple industries from real estate, wholesale, to retail stores and loves breaking records. Jared took a door to door window company from $0 to $3.2 million in sales in the first year. He has recruited and trained over 300 sales reps and prides himself on being able to take someone with no experience and make them successful. He has also lead personal training and development programs to thousands over the last 15 years.
Shalev Nemenoff
Shalev was born in Israel, an ex IDF combat unit officer who trained combat techniques all over the world. Shalev attributes much of his problem solving mentality and the ability to leverage internal and external resources to achieve conflict resolutions, and follow through with the mission to his army experience. Following his service he joined APX alarm and sold over 250 alarms his first year, in his second year he became the fastest growing regional over at pinnacle and grew to over 8000 accounts in 3 years, and in 2011 became the president of sales for Fluent home, Following his departure Shalev has filled a director role at SolarEdge the largest solar inverter company in the world overseeing the entire East Coast operation. Today Shalev owns and acts in an executive role in multiple companies in different sectors such as solar, security, roofing, software and distribution. Shalev has over 15+ years of vast experience in direct sales, business development and extensive experience with large scale nation-wide venders. His NLP training over the past 10 years has helped him become an expert in effectively motivating and communicating with employees together with business negotiation skills and an in defining business vision and goals, building and implementing business strategies and successfully leading processes and people. Shalev believes that in order to grow a successful business you first and most need to function as a collaborative, driving teamwork and cross-team alignment is the foundation for a strong partner relationship, together with an ever evolving management and solution based thinking it is the winning formula. Understanding that is the key to his workshop and methodology of communication.
Luke Miseyko
Currently, Luke serves as the VP of Sales for Growth2Success. He started his sales career with Cutco when he was 18. He spent 8 years at the company, rising to the level of a top performing district manager. During his time at Cutco, he ran over 6,000 interviews, recruited over 1,000 sales reps, and developed recruiting strategies that were implemented across the company, which is the largest recruiting organization in North America. For years as a district manager, Luke’s office ranked #2 out of 400+ offices across the company. He’s scaled organizations from scratch to having sales teams of 100’s of recruits at a time. After Cutco, Luke spent time raising $1.5M in capital for late stage venture opportunities. He then left to help run Growth2Success. He’s a University of Florida graduate, massive football fan, and enjoys working with D2D companies to help them scale their recruiting processes. Sales changed his life and he is passionate about helping organizations recruit young people so they can have similar paths of growth & personal development.
Brandon Holmes
-Work History-
Brandon Holmes has spent the last 18 years in the direct to home sales space, with the last 11 years specifically focused in the Solar industry. His career as a professional Door2Door salesman started in 2004 with Atlas, then Apx/Vivint. In 2011 as the President he cofounded EPC a residential Smart Home Automation company, that was successfully sold to CPI. From there He started in the renewable sector as one of the first Directors for Vivint Solar running the first door to door solar office in New Jersey. From there he was the Director and VP over Southern California and then the SouthWest region, making him one of the only people to have sold and installed a self gen solar system in 18 states.
After a success run at VSLR, he and his 2 partners, Austin Somers and Morgan Torgersen, founded his own full service solar sales and installation company called UNTD ENERGY, Where they had dealers and internal teams selling in 15 states, and then building, designing and installing fully commissioned systems in 3 states, where He has been the active CEO.
-Current Awards and Accolades-
UNTD was named and won the prestigious award of ‘2021 Best Solar Company in Utah’. This is a very special award because it is only gifted by vote of the consumers and was bestowed during a Nationwide pandemic… while some large epcs were closing doors, UNTD was continuing to delight their customers and reviving the local Utah economy by innovating a proprietary piece of AI consumer tech that keeps customers in the loop with their solar project, real time.
Under his leadership, his teams and recruits have installed over 50,000 residential homes in over 20 states. 9 of which he was the first person to knock and open the state for installing residential solar.

-Personal Life-
Brandon considered his greatest accomplishments to be his amazing 18 year marriage to his wife Elizabeth, and their 4 beautiful children.
He served a 2 year mission for his church in Oklahoma and Texas where he spent his time with the Kiowa, Apache, Comanche and Delaware Tribes.
He has his degree in Business Management from Brigham Young Univeristy- Idaho.
