Everybody wants to know the secret, how to build fast. Well, the fact is without hard work, you’re never gonna do it, but there’s a few little tricks and trades that really help accelerate the process. So I’m gonna just give you like a little nugget, but like I said, at D2D Con, you’re gonna find some massive, great leaders that have done amazing things. For example, like Ryan Roach, who’s speaking, who literally lost everything and started in March and had a 40 man team show up in April. So, there’s ways to do it and there’s ways to do it, right. But, I’m gonna share one thing that I find is the most effective.
First Step to Recruiting Fast: Contagious effect
I call it the contagious effect. So when you create a contagious atmosphere, you’re gonna grow really fast. It’s like a virus. And what I mean by that is getting reps, making money now, cause so many people recruit people in October, November, and January or whatever. Then they’re like, well, we start in, uh, May when you get down school and you’re never gonna them. So, pumped up to go recruit their friends when they don’t even know what it’s like, they don’t even know what their, if there’s even money, they just think it’s some scheme. Like, they have no idea. So, having the proper preseason program is going to really help scale your business because one you’re gonna weed out the people that you really don’t even want to show up for you in this summer, or don’t want to really work with. And two, you’re gonna be able to give the guys that, you know, you can build around an amazing experience. It’s structured, you guarantee ’em sales. Like, you need to make sure that these guys get sales. When you go out and make sure that it’s like give them an atmosphere where you take them outta their own element, take ’em to some town, two hours, 10, how ever far away and say, we are going to treat this like a full freaking bootcamp and we are going to make some good money.
Second Step to Recruiting Your Team Quickly: Repeat
Then, that kid comes home and he is like, I made a thousand bucks the last few days and he tells all of his friends and then you repeat, and repeat. You’re like, all right, let’s get some people in. Then you get that guy, some sales. And then you’re like, cool, let’s do that again with network because every person has a circle of people around them of around 500 people. It’s knowing and understanding the tricks and trades on how to tap into those 500 people. And we’ll go into that at D2D Con and go into that in the university. So it’s just, how do you go and give somebody an amazing experience so that it’s a contagious effect to where that that’s where you really create fast growth because people see results. Now, that’s what they care about.
